Our Professional Learning courses provide essential skills and knowledge to support your school’s assessment strategy.

Structured in a flexible modular format, our professional learning can be delivered via face-to-face seminars or webinars. Courses that include a practical component can be tailored to best suit the needs of your school. We also offer public webinars at set dates throughout the year.

Completing Putting rigour into assessment will contribute 4 hours and 30 minutes of NESA Registered PD addressing 1.5.2 Develop teaching activities that incorporate differentiated strategies to meet the specific learning needs of students across the full range of abilities; 2.3.2 Design and implement learning and teaching programs using knowledge of curriculum, assessment and reporting requirements; 5.1.2 Develop, select and use informal and formal diagnostic, formative and summative assessment strategies to assess student learning; 6.3.2 Contribute to collegial discussions and apply constructive feedback from colleagues to improve professional knowledge and practice from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.
